Anti-Spam Policy
Last Updated: December 14, 2025
1. Introduction
1.1 Zero Tolerance. Zolth.com maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam. We adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all applicable data privacy and anti-spam laws.
1.2 Definition. In this context, “spam” refers to unsolicited, bulk, or indiscriminate electronic messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose without the recipient’s prior affirmative consent.
2. Automated Spam Filtering
2.1 Scanning. Our messaging systems automatically scan all incoming email and other messages. We filter out messages that appear to be spam, contain malicious attachments, or exhibit phishing characteristics.
2.2 Reporting. We may report incoming email as spam to relevant ISPs and blacklists. This can result in the sender’s IP addresses and domain names being blacklisted.
3. Sender Compliance & Best Practices
3.1 False Positives. No message filtering system is 100% accurate. From time to time, legitimate messages may be filtered out by our systems. If you believe a legitimate message you sent has been filtered, please advise the recipient by other means.
3.2 Message Standards. To prevent your messages from being flagged by our filters, you should: (a) Ensure your “From” address and domain accurately identify you; (b) Avoid misleading subject lines; (c) Send messages in plain text or clean HTML; (d) Remove executable or suspicious attachments; and (e) Scan your messages for malware before dispatch.
4. Receiving Messages from Zolth.com
4.1 Consent. We only send commercial emails to individuals who have expressly opted in or with whom we have a pre-existing business relationship. We do not buy, rent, or sell email lists.
4.2 Unsubscribe Option. Every commercial email sent by us includes a clear, conspicuous, and functioning “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link.
4.3 Processing Opt-Outs. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we honor all opt-out requests promptly, and in no event later than 10 business days.
